Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
Larry,
I have been involved in a crowdfunding project and I check on others on a regular basis. It is truly amazing to see the results of some projects but others do not make their goal. Success is not guaranteed. A book about the X-20, Dyna-Soar was funded this way. Best, Ed |

Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
Surprising, Ed, surprising in that so much information is available on the internet now, but one never knows what bait will attract the fish and make them bite at any given moment: minnows, worms, frogs, a Mepps lure or an X-20.

Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
What is surprising to me is the erosion of copyright on the internet. People here asking for scans from this or that publication. Sorry, but I don't think people are automatically entitled.
Permission is required. The company I work for publishes fiction but I have found sites with complete books of ours ready for download. Of course, we send those sites take-down requests as the copyright holder. The X-20 was a very important part of history. It was based on the Saenger antipodal bomber and its mission was quite remarkable. Best, Ed |

Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
In general copyright should be sacrosanct, but then some academic journals charge like £30 for a 2-page online book review, they should be quartered alive.

Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
This is doing extremely well - they have raised about £40,000 sofar and are only about £4000 away from their final goal of the Chapter on the 37mm AT Gun.

Re: Stuka - The Doctrine of the German Dive-Bomber
How extensive would that chapter on the 37 mm gun be? 100 pages?
