A radio (?) device to ID

Hi gents,
from an expired auction.
Seller's caption is the following:
"Me109F vom Stab JG51 rechts beim Haareschneiden der Kommodore Oberstleutnant Werner M im Sommer 1941 in Brijansk."(sic)
But what is the device on foreground?
Thank you.
Regards,
Franck.

Re: A radio (?) device to ID

With the three knobs, gauges and hose, it looks like some sort of service cart.
Perhaps oxygen or other compressed gas?
