Late war Bf 109 pictures source

Hi Marc,
the first photo seems to belong to the same set of pictures as the rather famous one with Fw 190 "<3+", lying atop on a Ju 52 (printed e.g. in Classic Publication's "Jagdwaffe - War in the East 1944-45", p.154).
On russian websites I have seen some of those images captioned as "Groß Dirschkeim". If this is true, then the airfield in question is most likely Fliegerhorst Brüsterort in East Prussia. According to ww2.dk this airfield was home to I. and III./JG 51 during the spring of 1945, so perhaps our Bf 109 belonged to one of this Gruppen.

In fact, the well known Fw 190 "<3+", lying atop on a Ju 52, is next in line with the G-14 pic on that website (ID 5403). The general surrounding seems similar enough.

After scorching our eyes, the first four digits are 36 82x. Thus this machine stems from the 36 xxxx Erla factory W.Nr. batch. I would be very grateful to have the actual RLM W.Nr.

The digits seem to be 36 82x, the last one being out of rame or illegible. This brings us back to a known eerie of Erla factory W.Nr.'s Any idea as to what RLM W.Nr. was given for this particular 36 820-36 829 batch?

1.) Regarding Lorant the pilot wasn't Lt. Rudi Winter but Lt. Kurt Gabler (page 141 - 143, volume 1).
2.) Regarding Lorant it wasn't an "Green 8" but an "Red 8".
3.) Regarding Lorant it was Wiebaden-Erbenheim, March 1944, and not Jüterbog - Waldlager, July 1944.
---> Change your sources!

I don't know where you see an 36 82x? I see an 36 xxx only ... and an 36820 - 36829 batch is nonsense, didn't exist ... you can say that's from 411xxx - batch ... not more not less, sorry ...

indeed Marc, I have to agree with Jorg and politely urge you, " change your sources.."

a couple of pages from Gabler's logbook were even reproduced in Volume II of the JG 300 history (Lorant/Goyat) in order to "assist" the webmaster of jg300.de correct the information on his pages. Of course, he hasn't updated those pages, no idea why not. He's completely lost with JG 300 images obtained third or fourth hand !

And I'm sorry Jorg but I, not Marc, see 3682 but can be 3632 too ... Only 36.2 are clear enough.
