I am looking for somebody who will be have this book. Unfortunatelly I found it only in few libraries in USA. In Europe unavailable Also unavailable to buy. Maybe somebody have it ? I don't have it, but I am please to see you using WorldCat, one of the 2 or 3 most powerful bibliographic resources in the world. For years, it was only used by university staff and students. You might be able to borrow a copy through interlibrary loan.
