Really I can not help you. Or I will go in Paris-Vincennes to study these archives after this dark period.

"204" in the drawing number (Zchng. Nr., 126 204) suggests construction group 2, which is for the undercarriage/landing gear (Fahrwerk). Perhaps the straps attached the plate to a gear strut. Anyone have a parts manual?
