Unknown Luftwaffe units - help needed...

Hi all!

Can someone identify Luftwaffe unit based on this shortcut?: ZEL 306.
Is it a shortcut of a unit?, what does it mean?, what was the duty of this unit at the eastern front?

And similar question. Does anyone can tell me what did the Baubatallions of the Luftwaffe do?
