Eckart-Willhelm Von Bonin

Hi all. A three part question, if I may.

At 01.42 hrs on the 12th May 1941 Lt Eckart-Willhelm Von Bonin from 6/NJG1 claimed a Blenheim shot down into the sea 3km South West of Eiderstedt, this was witnessed by Senior Watch Office Lenz who was the commander of No: 72 Anti-Aircraft Seachlight Company.

Von Bonin's combat report describes him as flying a Bf110 DO G9-EP, and was to patrol Sector 1C with Radio Operator Uffz Johrden.

The problem is that no Blenheim is recorded as operating on the 11th - 12th May, so could it have been another aircraft? Also, any help with details on Uffz Johrden and the location of Sector 1C would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Probably Wellington R1330 or R1461 from No 40 Squadron.

It appears that the loss of these aircraft fall out side of the dates of Von Bonin's combat report. I am starting to think that it may have been a case of friendly fire. Can anybody point me to a web site which gives Luftwaffe losses by date? Many thanks.
