Does Anyone Recognise this Seaplane Base?

Hi all

I have this photo in a grouping for a man who flew with 1./106 and 2./906. Does anyone recognise this view? Is it Norderney?

Thanks for any help
Tim O.

The site is now occupied by the Ecole Navale, the French Naval Academy. (Coordinates: 48.2792°N 4.415°W on Google Earth)

The seaplane basins are still readily apparent in (security blurred) Google images.
