FW 190 claimed

Hello,

While I was looking for a P38 claim I found a claim for an FW190.

In Tony Woods files.
26th August 1944
Claim made by a Luftwaffe pilot for an FW190.

My question's are -
1, What Air Force did the FW 190 belong too that a Luftwaffe pilot would shoot it down ?
2. What became of its pilot, ?
3. Who was he ?

Alex
