MACR needed

I need one MACR report. This report is on the page fold3. Unfortunatelly I cant acces to premium option on this site

Last seen some 21 miles South East of Blechammer (?).
But report has -
The crew all bailed out in good conditions, but on landing some had trouble with their ancles .
The Tail Gunner Sgt. Alvin J. ELLIN,15364395 was shot while escapeing(?) by a German SS man and hidden but Polish people found and buried him, name of shooter is in the report.
It was reported that he looked Jewish.
SS showed captured crew his parachute, covered with blood.
Place name given as Jawiszowicz. Poland.
Also that the a/c came down near Wilmesau in the district of Bieliz ( Poland ?) .
