Ju52 shot down by fighter near Milos 20/October 1943
Hi guys
I have a note that a Ju52 carrying Italian POWs was shot down by fighter near the island of Milos on or about 20 October 1943. The transport was flying from Rhodes to the Greek mainland. I can't seem to find out anything about this incident. What was the fate of the crew and prisoners? Any identities? And who shot it down? Any help appreciated Cheers Brian |
