Herman Schmid

Hello to the Forum!

I'm a new member and want to start my membership with a question.

Could anyone give me informations about the german pilot Herman Schmid, who was killed 1943 serving with JG 2 in France.

I yet haven't found lists of JG 2 losses and do not own the book about JG 2 by C. Federl.

Regards,

Daniel

Re: Herman Schmid

Hello Robert!

Thank Vou very much! This could fit.
I didn't expect to get an answer so soon. (And almost unbelievable: from the author of "Last of the Eagles", the most important book for me as a boy learning about the Bf 109 G and K Series.)

Kindest regards from Westerwald, Germany.

Daniel
