Leutnant Josef Neher Kampfgeschwader 30

Hello all,

I recently obtained the Wehrpass of Leutnant Josef Neher of Kampfgeschwader. I am looking for more information regarding his career.

On the Luftwaffe Officer Career Summaries on ww2.dk I found the following information:

NEHER, Hans-Josef. (DOB: 19.07.20). 01.02.41 promo to Lt./A1. 24.12.41 Lt., 6./KG 30 MIA - Ju 88 A-4 (4D+CP) no details. 01.08.44 officially listed as MIA.

Does anyone have more information regarding Neher’s career or have information regarding the aircraft he flew at the time he was shot down and went missing whilst on a mission near Tula on the 24 December 1941?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
