Dornier 9/KG76 on public display photos

Hi all,

I stumbled across a couple of photos of F1+FS 9/KG76 lost on 15/09/40 which may interest a few of you.
They were taken whilst the aircraft was on dispaly at unknown sites in England. The full resolution of the 2nd photo shows the pink formation bar halfway up the port fin/rudder.

This a/c was of course well known for the rearward flamethrower apparatus it used on this day. Below is a link to a colour Luftwaffe home movie which shows a similar apparatus being tested at around this time on a Heinkel 111.
