Mid-air collision 27 October 1943, USAAF Havoc/Boston and Canadian Hurricane

Hello,

A mid-air collision occurred near Gander (NFL) between an American A-20 and a RCAF Hurricane from 126 Sqn RCAF (serial 5496) on 27 Oct 1943. The Havoc or Boston crashed and the crew was killed.

Does anyone know the serial of the American aircraft?

Thanks
Phil
