RAF ASR launches HSL107, 128, 129 Malta logbooks

Hi guys

I've received a request regarding the above ASR launches that operated from Malta. Can anyone provide references for research, please?

Thanks in advance
Stay safe, take care

Re: RAF ASR launches HSL107, 128, 129 Malta logbooks

Hello,
Good start is https://www.maltaaviationmuseum.com/...air-sea-rescue
There are small pictures of HSL107 and Whaleback HSL128 with their scoreboards and also a pdf listing dates, names, types of aircraft etc.

Also there is a Jackson's book

At IWM there are some photos of HSL107
https://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/i...ject/205209009
'100' Class High Speed Launch HSL 107 of the RAF Air/Sea Rescue Unit, Malta, returns to its base at Kalafrana following a rescue call in the Mediterranean. HSL 107 was the longest-serving of the launches operated by the Malta A/SR Unit and was credited with 86 live rescues to the end of 1944.

Also IWM ME(RAF) 7262 with 50 scoreboard and IWM CM 5045

Zoran

Call out by Frederick Galea is by far the most comprehensive book.
Hard to find now.
It's being updated.
107s log book is lost.
Hope this helps.
