A Schlachtflieger von 44

Hello,

I have run into a little trouble with a pilot from a Schlachtgeschwader. His name is Sepp Eitzlmayr, I am not sure about his last name and have included a scan of his memorial card.
He fell after having completed 22 missions on the 20. Juli, 1944.

Does anyone knows more?
Thank you in advance and happy new year,

Christian
