From the same aircraft than before.

Clearly, manufacturer is AEG.

Any clue as to its origin ?....fitted on radio equipment ?

An unknown field for me, but the number F200 suggested me that MAYBE this particular machine did carry a FuG 200 set....I tried to find here some related matches of numbers and DATA, but got no joy...perhaps this may be useful for you on another search though....
