What became of these two landing Craft ?

Hi, Not sure if this is the correct place to post this question ?

What became of these two American landing Craft which took part in the D-Day landings.
"US 27" and "US 533".
Thanks
Alex

Wow, Leendert,
That's them.
They were here in the river Fal before leaving for D-Day. Local history books show them side by side when loading.
Many thanks
Alex

Alex,

You may be interested to also read https://catalog.archives.gov/id/78541381
in which LST 27 and LST 533 are mentioned within their Flotilla, as is Falmouth prior D-Day.

Leendert

Thank you Leendert, how you find stuff so easily, I do look at that website for USAAF stuff but had no idea how to search for the LST's or the Naval story.
Again many thanks
Alex
