Ju 188 xxx485 on 20 Sept 1944

Hallo,
how can help me complete Werk Nr. of Ju 188, crew and other info ?
I know only digit ...485... nad type Ju 188.
The plane crashed on 20 Sept 1944, two men killed, one hard injurded and one saved with parachute.

Crashed close Prag-Rusin Lw. airbase, I have no other info, only:
"Eingeruckt am 20.9.1944 um 12 Uhr. beim Hegerhaus hat am 20.9.1944 um 8.45 Uhr ein Militarflugzeug Type „Ju 485“ havariert und ist verbrant. Von der Besatzung wurde 2 Tode, ein schwer verwundet und ein hat sich gerettet."
and
"20.9.: Luftwaffenflugzeug Ju 188 (Heimatflughafen Rusin). Ursache unbekant. Von Besatzung 2 Mann tot, 1 schwer verletzt. Flugzeug verbrant."

Candidates: Ju 188´s A-2´s 170485, 180485 and D-2 230485. First two have known "fates", the third has not (in my files).

Thank you for your note, can you tell me more?
I have only this two local police report and the crashsite. I think, this plane was from some air school (in Prag-Rusin were FFS B 12, 14, 33), but german Verlusten ended in september 1944.
I know only one plane Ju 188E-1 wnr.265002 cr. 25% Roth on 23 June 1944 of FFS B 13, do you know other Ju 188 in service of FFS B school ??
