KG 27 losses night 01 June 1941

Good night to all members.

Am looking for the crew composition and names of the KG 27 losses (to 604 Sqdn Beaufighters) on the night of 31st May / 01st June 1941.

Those were

1) He 111 P-4, code 1G+CH (1 Staffel) crashed down at Tarrant Gunville
2) He 111 P-4, code 1G+DS (8 Staffel) crashed down near Cranborne (Birches Wood)

It seems that an Oberleutnant Kleinfeld was on board on 1G+DS...was he a Beobachter or Flugzeugfuhrer?

Any details of the two full crewmembers of those two machines most welcomed

Adriano B.

Kleinfeld was the BO. His pilot was Ofw Willi Lindemann and I have his FB. Rest of the crew was Uffz Helmut Häring (BF) and Fw Georg Emig. All are buried at Blandford Cemetery. Other crew were Lt Hubert Tscheplak (F), Ogefr Walter Mergener (B), Uffz Friedrich Weber (BF) & Gefr Fritz Faust (BS)

Leo and Chris,

Thank you so much for the details I was looking for!

Chris, do you happen to know if on Lindemann's FB he list the missions he flew with Kleinfeld? How many Feindflug (missions) have Lindemann flown until the date of his death?
