Hs 130 prototypes & GM+OQ a Henschel Hs 129A-0?

On TOCH, the following info was originally posted: "GM+OQ Henschel Hs129 a0".
I would like to know the source of this entry, as if it's true, it would be highly interesting for me, since I believe the Hs 129A-0 sequence ended at GM+ON (W.Nr. 129 3017).

Also, I am looking for the confirmation that the two Hs 130 prototypes were indeed coded GM+OM and GM+ON, as originally given on TOCH (along with their Werknummern).

I also found there the following: "MN+EB Henschel Hs130 v2". If true, perhaps Hs 130 V-1 was MN+EA? It would make sense...

Later on, I also found the following: "NX+EA Henschel Hs130 v1".
This should be sorted out.

Regarding the code GM+OQ it is known to me as a He 45 WNr. 0574.

Re: Hs 130 prototypes & GM+OQ a Henschel Hs 129A-0?

Hi Denes

Manfred Griehl published in Flugzeug 2/99 and onwards some details of these Henschel types (Hs 128 and Hs 130)
Here is a summary of the production, which I hope I have got right (My German is more or less lousy...)

WNr Type Reg/Code
1280001 V-1 D-APXB
1280002 V-2 D-ARHD

1300001 V-1 GM+OM
1300002 V-2 GM+ON
1300003 V-3 GM+OO
1300004 V-4 GM+OP

1303005 A-0/V-5 GM+ZF (Hs 130A-01?)
1303006 A-0/V-6 GM+ZG -02?
1303007 A-0/V-7 GM+ZH -03?
1303008 A-0/V-8 GM+ZI -04?
1303009 A-0/V-9 GM+ZJ -05?
1303010 A-0/V-10 GM+ZM -06?

1300011 C-0/V-3 NK+EA?
1300012 C-0/V-4 NK+EB
1300013 C-0 NK+ED?

1300014 to 0030 Not built

1300051 E-0/V-1 CF+OW
1300052 E-0/V-2 CF+OX
1300053 E-0/V-3 CF+OY
1300054 E-0 CF+OZ
1300055 E-0 ??+??

No further WNr listed, so probably no more built

Re: Hs 130 prototypes & GM+OQ a Henschel Hs 129A-0?

Hallo again Denes
Since you once co-authored a book on the Hs 129 could you enlighten me why on page 325 in Classic's book by Martin Pegg WNr 0031,0179,0235,0344,0431, 140721 and 140814 are referred to as A-0?
On page 59 in the same book they are referred to as B-0, B-1 and B-2

Cheers
Stig

Re: Hs 130 prototypes & GM+OQ a Henschel Hs 129A-0?

The sub-type of most of the Hs 129s destroyed on Clermont-Ferrand a/f, as given on p. 325, is wrong (probably an unchecked 'copy & paste' issue).

If you check the (incomplete) Hs 129 production table included on the last page of my book, you'll find the proper sub-types of each airplane, according to its Werknummer.
