Which unit, Bren or Podborze, Poland

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to find which units may have been stationed at a particular airfield in Poland based on some very scant information. A friend of mine many years ago spoke with a local history buff, unfortunately long passed, who mentioned that a Luftwaffe unit was stationed at the country estate nearby. We have no dates or types of aircraft, but suspect 1944.

The coutry estate is located in Bren, Poland (50°12’53”, 20°56’53”),

Bren is 1km west of Podborze, Poland (50°12”44”, 20°57’21”),

Podborze is about 7km northwest of Dąbrowa Tarnowska (50°10”29”, 20°59’08”).

Thanks,

Mieszko
