Hi all, I am trying to find any information, internet links for the following WW2 NZ airmen.
E.M Hales, from Wellington J.E Harris, from Wellington J.F Heyes, from Christchurch J.A Johnston , from New Plymouth J.A Lattimer, from New Plymouth A.C McRae, from Wellington G.L Martin, from Timero R.J Meek, from Wellington D.H Robertson, unknown L.E Taylor, from Christchurch W.R Watson, from Masterton Any info on full names, if they survived, KIA, and aircraft would also be much appreciated. T/o Oulton for NFP and whilst flying off the East Anglia coast came under AA fire from an Allied convoy: damaged, the Blenheim crashed 2130 at Bridge Farm, Hemsby, 2 miles WNW of Newport, Norfolk. Watson was one of 183 short service commission officers appointed on 14 December 1938. 41503 F/O (Pilot) William Ross WATSON RAF + 936282 Sgt (Air Obs.)
