FuG350 Naxos & Fw 190 Control Stick
Dear all,
Some new exciting items have been posted on www.swapey.com, some of them probably shown for the first time to a broader public: - FuG350Z Radar Sichtgeraet and aerial unit (as used in Ju 88, Me 262, etc.) - Fw 190 KG13B control stick taken by a GI from a Fr 190 at the end of the war - Original Ju 88 control wheel - Original Bf 109 G blind flying panel In order that the community that uses swapey and also the number of rare items rarely seen before can grow, swapey needs the support from you. If you have an item in your collection that you don't mind to share with other collectors, please register and start your own virtual museum at swapey. It is really easy and only takes a few minutes. Only if as many collectors as possible participate we will continually see such rare items appear on swapey. Thanks & regards Roger Gaemperle |

Great link Roger... thanks for them, especially the FuG350Z link. All plans for chores around the house today have now been cancelled...

Re: FuG350 Naxos & Fw 190 Control Stick
Hi Peter,
I am glad you like the FuG350Z photos! I didn't mean to keep you from your chores :-) As far as I know the aerial unit shown is the only one left today (according to the collector who owns it). If you look at the Me 262 B nightfighter photos that had this aerial attached to the canopy it seems as if the two plexiglas parts and the disc were installed towards the navigator. The disc rotated during flight. Best regards Roger |

Re: FuG350 Naxos & Fw 190 Control Stick
If its a toss up between the chores and navigating around this new resource, it doesn't take an expert to imagine which takes preference
As for the Me262B equipped with the FuG350, we have a thread on this exact subject over on the LEMB which can be accessed via the link below: http://www.luftwaffe-experten.org/fo...showtopic=4696 I've just added a link/images as they make a great addition to the thread. Re: FuG350 Naxos & Fw 190 Control Stick
Hi Peter,
I remember having read once the interesting thread you mentioned. Thanks for the link, I just went quickly through the thread. My major interest is the Me 262 :-) I am glad that the photos helped a bit. Thanks for posting the link together with the photos. Hi Steve, Thanks a lot for the interesting information. I will add your comment to the object page of the blind flying panel (see bottom of the page). Speaking of adding comments, I wanted to point out that everybody who registered at swapey can add comments at the bottom of each item page as well. Best regards Roger |

Hi Piero,
Have you clicked on the link I added to the first post of this thread? Does the link not work or do you see the page but no photos? If you see the swapey page but no photos, could you post a screenshot? I will try to help. Best regards Roger |
