Depending on the context...

Best Bestand: strength; stock
Best Bestimmung: destination; regulation

Verbr Verbrauch: expenditure (of ammunition); consumption
verbr verbraucht: consumed; spent; used; expended (of ammunition)
Verbr Verbrechen: crime; felony
verbr verbrecherisch: criminal
Verbr Verbrennung: combustion

Zuf Zuführer: feeder; belt pawl (machine gun)
Zuf Zufuhr: supplies; bringing up of supplies

I am not sure whether LTL and/or HTL are contemporary (i.e., WW2) German abbreviations - can you give the full context?

Sidney, they were on contemporary WW2 German documents dated April 1945 for fuel status at bases/locations.

I am thinking they are storage/distribution locations.

Some other LTL locations are Annaburg, Weissenhor?, Dom?schin if this helps.
