When did Karl Montag give up command of 9./ZG26 (prob in 1940)?

Hello,

Oblt Karl Montag was StaKap of 9./ZG26 (3./JGr126) from at least the beginning of the war until probably sometime in 1940. Can anyone tell me when he gave up command of the unit, and where he went from there (or date of death?)?
