Junkers88 lost 17.9.40

Hi could anybody please help to identify the crewmen involved in a crash on 17.9.40.
The unit was 7/KG77 3Z+CR W.Nr 5089 Ju88A-1.

I have Lt.Josef Zimmer injured with one other crew, plus two others unnamed killed.
I believe this a/c crashed on takeoff.
Best regs,
Steve.
