And if you're interested in more details about a Japanese loss, you can do a search on the following website:
http://www.combinedfleet.com/kaigun.htm It has detailled war diaries for most Japanese warships and since some years for a growing number of merchant ships (most of them drawn into Army or Navy service). The small escort war diaries will contain many details of ships lost under their guard, when available. |
