Oberst Hencke (Fsj.Regt 6)

I am looking for background info on Oberst Hencke who commanded the famous Fallschirm Jager Regiment 6 from mid October 1944... Does someone have any any info on his service records, especialy before he was given command of Fsj Regt 6.

Apart from that I am looking for a photo of him....

Any help will be most!!!! welcome
