Hello,
is anyone able to help with following questions? I would like to know the exact date of his USAAF joining and also when he left the USAAF(USAF). Thanks. Regards Zdenek Kocab

According to Frank Olynyk, Mills received his wings with the RAF on January 22, 1942, joined 71 Squadron (Eagle) on August 29, 1942 and transferred into the 334 FS, 4 FG on October 23, 1942.
