Stalin's Plans for Capturing Germany - off topic

Current politics aside, I think I'll get this.

I guess it is a long desired translation of Kampfplatz Deutschland. If so, it is a must have for anyone interested in WWII or current politics. It covers political and economial history of the Soviet Union as well as war plans in 1920s and 1930s based on Politburo documents. I would nit pick few minor things, but they are really minor, especially considering how amazing book it is.

If it is indeed Kampfplatz Deutschland, it should be an absolute must!

As it has been 15 years since Bogdan Musials book "Kampfplatz Deutschland"(2008) came out...do we know if Musial has put in any changes in this english translation, new research like? Will probably say in the foreword...

Considering how the access to Russian archives has declined for a considerable time, it is dubious what significantly new there is.

A somewhat matching topic - far from the requirements of a book written by scientic standards - is my short introduction to one of my books, From Barbarossa to Odessa, vol. 1, published by Midland in 2007, which can be read here: https://www.academia.edu/44991713/Wa...es_Bern%C3%A1d

This book is more about politics prior to the WWII.
