Ju 88 in Baltic, 2 November 1943
Hello, all,
I have the following about a German loss on 2 November 1943 : the Ju 88 A-4 3Z+KW took off from Groß Schimanen but later ditched in the Baltic Sea due to engine failure. The bomber sank rapidly and both pilot and observer sank with it. The radio and air gunner were saved. No other details known. I guess it was an aircraft of KG 77 given its code, but I would like the following details: _ precise unit _ WNr _ name of the crew, or at least of the casualties Thanks in advance Laurent |

Re: Ju 88 in Baltic, 2 November 1943
Hi Jörg / Laurent,
There was amendment to this changing W.Nr. 4155 to 4154. (i.e. A14 ´4154 in LWFLV losses m/25.11.43, BF was also corrected from killed to injured in amendment d/17.11.43) |
