Me262 at RAE Farnborough, Sept 1944

Does anyone have any info on an Me262, apparently downed over occupied France, that was brought to RAE Farnborough to be studied in Sept 1944? Apparently a report was written on this by a Mr Fougere and a Mr Smith, but I've had no luck tracing it.

According to Capt Eric Brown, who was Head of Enemy Aircraft Flight at Farnborough , this was the first glimpse Allied scientists had of a 262 close-up.

I'd be grateful for any leads...
thanks
