Off topic - but more likely to get timely response

Does anyone know if the French periodical 'Aero Journal' is still in production?

I confirm Chris sayings. Unfortunately Aero journal is past. Long live DogFight, IIRC.

Actually there should be a last "AeroJournal", n° 48, but it will be a "best off" from the earlier issues and have no new article.

Mr Ehrengardt announced in his last editorial (that is rather harsh for the concurrence, but that is another matter) in the n° 47 that he will launch a new concept of magazine, called Dogfight. No more details.

Re: Dogfight

Yes, the new magazine Dogfight is 6 number by years ...
Number one is for June/july

Thank you gentlemen. Sad news as to the demise of Aero Journal. Wonderful magazine with lots of, I presume, groundbreaking material on French AF units. Also loved the inclusion of 'new' LW stuff that they plumbed from the ECPA in many articles.
