Yannis is back on the Continent and yes, as Nick says, many UK publishers balk at the translation costs. French publishers are more than happy translating English into French

Just seen you have a new book in French reviewed in the Falke Eins blog Chris and was pondering that very question. I did wonder if you spoke French fluently or whether it was a translation, guess your reply above answers that!

I do speak French but not to the standard needed for this book. As Falke Eins says, this book is for the novice-an entry level so to speak to go with the others Chris Ehrengardt & others have done. Not something I would normally do but I did it to continue Chris’ works. Bomber contract has just landed…..

La Kampfgeschwader 6 , P. Taghon, Lella Presse

A first supplement to the book is available as a free download on Lella Presse's site via the following link:

Peter

Since I have your two books in German, I had never any intention to buy this French edition.

Care to update your initial version in German, just like Lela Presse has done now?

Cheers
Stig

Re: La Kampfgeschwader 6 - Peter Taghon - Lela Press

the two German books were LG 1. There were two French editions - not quite the same books in the end. This book is the authors 330-page large format history of KG 6, only in French

FWIW a small 'extract' in English here

Jan's KG 6 and KG 51 were good too. Actually Peter has another exciting KG book in preparation due through Lela (I imagine), but I'll let him tell you about that one..

Is there any chance/likelihood these books will be released in English? I'm sure it would greatly help/increase sales. I, for one, would buy them all.
