Hi to all,

Two were lost in Russia: Hptm. Ernst Giess on 03-08-1941 and Oblt. Klaus-Günther von Bartel on 14-09-1943. I don't possess the books about the history of KG 27 and have no luck searching the forum or web. I hope someone will share the names of the other crew members. I was wondering, Oblt. von Bartel was wounded on 05-07-1943 during the Kursk operation. Could it be possible that he flew with the same crew on the day he went missing (14/9)? I have a Lt. Horst Wendt and Uffz. Eduard Thom, alsa wia and 2 unknown which is normal as they were not wounded. Thx in advance and kind regards.
