ID of 23 Sqn. aircrew

I have been through the Sqn. ORBs, Combat Reports, the London Gazette, the Air Force Lists, the NAA and AIR 78. I have been unable to further identify a number of aircrew who were involved with claims (air and ground) against enemy aircraft. I am hoping that some of you may have further info on them, for example full names and/or service numbers. The dates are when they are known to be on 23 Sqn. are in brackets.

Pilots:
P/O Bullmore (Oct.41)
Sgt. Hawkins (Nov.41)
P/O Offord, T. (Apr.42) [possibly Samuel Frederick Offord 46533]
Sgt. Williams, E. (Apr.42) [possibly Emrys Williams 1152055]

Air Gunners/Observers/Navigators:
F/Sgt. Anderson, H. (Apr.42)
Sgt. Bunting (Nov.41)
Sgt. Campbell, D.B. (Aug.41)
Sgt. Canon, F.R. (Jul.42)
Sgt. Clarke (Clark?), J.S. (Apr.42)
Sgt. Cosoff (Nov.41)
F/O Davies, M. (Jan.-Apr.43)
Sgt. Firth (Apr.42)
W/O Gregory, A.E. (Apr.-May 42)
Sgt. Hanbury (Sep.41)
Sgt. Hannaford, F.C. (Aug.43)
F/Sgt. Harris, A. (May 42)
Sgt. Hodson, W. (Jul.42)
Sgt. James (Jan.43)
Sgt. Leslie, J. (Apr.42)
W/O McConnell, D.L. (Apr.42)
Sgt. Martin (Feb.41)
Sgt. Mooney, J. (Apr.42)
P/O Morris, C. (Mar.41)
F/Sgt. Murray, F.T. (Aug.43) [possibly Fergus Thomas Murray 1322574]
W/O Norris, C. (Aug.41-Apr.42)
F/O Page (Apr.42)
F/O Reid, R. "Jock" (Jan.-Jul.44)
Sgt. Richardson (Jul.41)
Sgt. Smith, C.F. (Dec.41)
Sgt. Sperrin, C. (Dec.41)
P/O Terlinden, L.A. (Bel. 87685) (Mar.-Apr.42)
W/O Thompson, K.S. (Apr.42)
Sgt. Tilbury (Sep.41)
Sgt. Walker, A.P. (Mar.43) [possibly Arthur Patterson Walker 1148245]
F/Sgt. White, F.E. (Mar.44)
Sgt. Windsor (Apr.42)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Tom

There is a Malcolm Bunting mentioned on this page (search for Bunting):

Many thanks to you both RSwank and alieneyes1.

Terlinden's birthplace of "de Haag" is this in Belgium?

Re: ID of 23 Sqn. aircrew

Typo, Tom. Should have read Den. The Hague.

As I look, there was also a notice to creditors in the Vancouver papers after he passed.

There he's shown as "Leon Albert Marie Octavius Cornelius Terlinden, baron."
