Number of airplanes NKVD border troops in June 1941?

Number of airplanes NKVD border troops in June 1941?

In 1941 the Soviet western military districts, four squadrons were based airline NKVD border troops (6, 7, 10, 11 squadrons). These units were equipped with aircraft such as R-10, SB, UTI-4, MBR-2. Air Squadron NKVD border troops was set at 12 aircraft in 1939. In 1941, he has probably changed (increased)?
How many aircraft NKVD squadron had in June 1941? Was it 12 aircraft, probably rather not (20?)?
