Luftwaffe Ju 52/1m Floatplane

Hello,

Currently on ebay is a photo of a Ju 52/1m in Luftwaffe markings **+ AT

Can anyone provide further information on the operator(s) of this machine?

Regards,

Clint

Can't find it. Do you have a link?

Probably PQ+AT, W-Nr. 4003 (ex. D-USON), from Ld.Kdo Dievenow in 1943/44.

Thanks Peter,

Its at

https://www.ebay.de/itm/126733565496...Bk9SR8idhYDYZA

Thanks also for the answer. That would make sense given that the seller at least has the aircraft located in the Baltic.

Regards,

Clint

Thanks for the link. Not the best quality, but still an interesting photo of this rare bird.

Re: Luftwaffe Ju 52/1m Floatplane

Thanks Peter. Glad you liked it. After you gave me the full Stkz I was able to check on Stammkennzeichen.de who also have PQ+AT with 4./FlZG 1 in May 1944. Seems an unusual unit for a floatplane. Who knows?

Thanks again.

Clint

FlZG probably means "Fliegerzielgeschwader". I think the Ld.Kdo and the FlZG did the same thing. Towing targets for AA training.
