Hello,

This Do 217 WNr. 5322 was found badly burnt (100%) on a German airfield in April-May 1945 but where?

Unless I am mistaken it was:
Do 217 E-2 (WNr. 5322) 5322 white on nose, UNK, abandoned burnt out, Frankfurt-Rhein Main, 45/04/30.

I don't have the picture, I saw it in a former Belgian prisoner scrapbook. I agree white WNr. on nose. A long wornt bird.

Hello again ClinA-78,
Regarding a photo of this bird, I published it in AIRFOIL #1, 1983, page 24. I found my copy years ago from an undiscovered (at that time) USAF color movie reel. Sadly, I have no idea where my original photo is today.
