Seeking full names of FAA NCO pilots Bird & Daniel
According to The Seafire: The Spitfire that went to Sea by David Brown, two NCO pilots of 887 Sqn. made claims on 4 May 45. They were:

CPO I. B. Bird and CPO W. Daniel.

Can anyone supply their full names and service numbers?

Thank you, Leendert, and once again udf_00 for your information. By the way, I did find in the London Gazette that both Bird and Daniel were commissioned sometime after July 1945, which is the latest issue of the Navy List to which I have access.
