Alick Mewa, RZNAF

Looking for information on Alick Mewa, who was assigned to 98 Squadron in August 1944, KIA 18/19.8.44, along with his navigator, Laxman Shripad Ajrekar, and crew. I saw, from another website, that Alick Mewa had completed
57 x operations previously. Trying to find out the other squadrons he was assigned to, and when. Also looking for for any similar information for Laxman Ajrekar.

Markr

Do you have Errol Martyn's books 'For Your Tomorrow'?

There are entries for Mewa both in Vol 2 (date) and Vol 3 (Biography)
Laxman seems not to have been with the RNzAF so is not mentioned.

If interested, send me a PM

Cheers
Stig
