143 Sqn Beaufighters JL879 and NE771
Can anyone break this link
143 Sqn ORB says 1Lt Niven and F/O Davy killed in bombing training crash off North Coates on 20-04-44 but does not give serial no. Only one a/c lost Air Britain books on Royal Air Force serials lists two aircraft lost in these circumstances JL879 (21st Apr) and NE771 (20th Apr) Anyone help? Regards Martin
