Seeking ID of photo of pilots and unit of Luft fighter Staffel alert pad

Hello,

Does anyone recognize this photo? I think that I've seen it before somewhere. The Bf109s in the background may possibly be from 3./JG21. Would like ID of unit, place and date, as well as ID of any of the pilots.

Larry,

If it is really I./JG21, place must to be choosen between Orly, Rouen or Chateaudun.

The others a/f used in France in spring 194 had not such large shelters.

Larry,

I would vote for 8./JG 54 with the smiling devil head during September/October 1940 at Guines.

Hi Chris,

The last in background with open cowling being the one on far left on picture provided by Larry!
I think we can write "Well done" Chris!

Gives: III./JG 54 June 1940 in Amsterdam (according to what I have in my data).

Cheers, Franck.

ANY hard shelters at Guines ! Can't be a/c on this airfield. End of battle of France was certainly the period of this Lw fighter staffel alert.

Ah, so that's what 'Gives' means..... I had it as III./JG 54 too but had just wondered if JG 21 was a possibility and kept a photo in my JG 21 folder too.
