Fahnenjunker-Oberfeldwebel Fritz Yung - 24 April 1944

Hello

Fahnenjunker-Oberfeldwebel Fritz Yung (11 victories) of 1./JG 301 was shot down and wounded in aerial combat with USAAF P-51 fighters near Markt Schwaben on 24 April 1944. Would anyone have additional information regarding this incident that put an end to his combat career?

Horrido!

Leo
