New Book 55th FG Pilot MIA - Found!

Excellent book chronicles daughter's search for her father's crash site and recovery of his remains in the Czech Republic, 2002. Lt. Bill Lewis, 55th FG went MIA Sept. 11, 1944.

Michael did you know that Dr. Jan Zdiarsky has covered this event quite in full on his webiste for 9-11-44 ?

the book is also offered off his pages I believe ............

You're welcome ! Before the remains of Bill Lewis were identified and brought home I met his daughter Sharon and my friend Ken at her home where I could see the cross ! It was a very special moment for all of us.
