Are there any known losses for LG1 in the period above please. I have details of the loss of L1+CN crew of Uffz. Fischer on the 23/24-12-1944, and the 1944 project shows a loss on the 18-12-1944 crew of Ofhr. Mathis with no aircraft or crew details,

The dates in Bold Red may indicate an error in the chronology of the list. They are all listed between a loss on 09-12-1944 and the loss on 17-12-1944 so they may of been losses for 16-12-1944 and have been entered with an incorrect day in the publication. The final loss shown for 18-12-1944 is entered between the loss on 17-12-1944 and the next loss on 23-12-1944 so believe this is a correctly listed entry.

There are 4 losses for Christmas Eve but none for Christmas Day.

Hucks, thank you very much for this info, for the 26/27th I have details of the Gerhard Jahn, Heinrich Schmidt and Heinz von Dreumel crews. With von Dreumel I do not have the aircraft code and I have the wn as 330932.
The vw I believe indicates wounded while vl would be injured. I have vol 1 of the LG1 history but cannot afford the vol 2 at present so your help is much appreciated,

On the 16-12-1944 there was also an additional casualty when Ogefr Horst Schumann was injured in a motorbike accident.

1/ L1+KM took off from Aalhorn at 1730hrs on 23-12-44 fell to a N/F at 2000hrs near Hannut
