Who can advise what kind of document is it and on what occasions it has to be filled? TIA |

It's a flight plan for JU 52 KJ+MS on 8 July 1942. The crew have signed for the aircraft, these would normally be filled out for every mission.

Short flights with start and landing at the same field. No payload indicated. Must be training.
