Rudolf Schütze, KC holder - pic wanted!

Who can help? I'm searching for a good pic from Oblt. Rudolf Schütze, a high decorated weatherpilot, decorated with the Knights Cross. Schütze was the most successful waetherpilot in the Luftwaffe but killed when his Arado 232 crashed in northern Norway on 26th August 1943.

In the book "Wetterflieger in der Arktis" by Motorbuch-Verlag are some pics of him, but the quality is not good. Who can help with other pics of him which you can't see in this book. For exchange I've a lot of pics from other recon-KC-holder.
